The standards are based upon State and District mandates and are also voted upon by Narbonne’s Leadership Council made up of Administrators, faculty, parents and students.

Narbonne has ZERO tolerance for the following infractions:

  1. Fighting
  2. Assaults
  3. Possession of weapons
  4. Possession of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco
  5. Stealing
  6. Hate crimes
  7. Sexual Harassment
  8. Profanity and/or vulgar language

If a student is involved in any if the above, that student may be arrested, cited, suspended, and/or transferred to another school.

If a student is defiant towards a teacher or any other school personnel, a parent conference will be held. Narbonne’s progressive discipline procedure will be implemented for continued defiance.

Student behavior that disrupts school activities will not be tolerated. Disruptive students will be counseled and parents will be notified. All incidents and action taken by the school will be recorded on the student’s anecdotal record. Students may be required to serve detention after school or on Saturdays.
